Most people don't have the training to understand a tri-dimensional space represented in a two-dimensional drawing. They probably can see where the rooms are located but not how the space and scale of the building will be once it is built. 3d renderings and animations make this possible. In 5 simple steps we can have your project done in no time.
1- Get a Fee Proposal for Your Project: You can pre-estimate the price of your project by following the list above however sometimes what you need is not described in our list or you may need several images for the same project. So please send us an email with your project files attached (cad files, PDF, JPG, Tiff, Free Hand Drawing scanned) and we will return within 24hrs with a Fee Proposal/Agreement to confirm price and time frame for your project. 2- Once the Fee Proposal is APPROVED, we request a 50% Deposit, then we request Final Cad files or PDF of your building(s).
3- We submit a Set of Preview Images for revision and establish cameras views.
4- We revise changes on the previews, add materials, colors and Textures and finally, Landscaping.
5- We provide you with a Final Request for Changes. If there are none, you receive your images via email or FTP in whatever format you need. (we do not provide printing services) (Cd or DVD media can be provided upon request).
Save Time: Try to put all your information package together after you approve our fee proposal. This is a list of things you may need:
Floor Plans, Elevations, Building Sections(if available), Site Plan(if required or available) , Landscape Plans(if available), color schedule, material list, Comments form the architect, pictures of the existing conditions, bldg. or site, similar building picture if any, pictures of details, furniture or accessories you consider important. The more info and details you provide, the more accurate and detail we can be. Don't worry if you don't have all the information described above. We can work with minimal information.
Save Money: Ordering several images for the same building all together or a set of rendering and floor plans saves a lot of money, for example: One single rendering of a Home can cost $ 299 if you add 2 more rendering of the same house and a floor plan you can save approximately 50% of the total.
